• Manage the design and delivery of new initiatives to support an end-to-end onboarding and cultural integration program to ensure new colleagues are engaged and effective.
• Leveraging technology (new and/or existing) to deliver an efficient and impactful experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7 + years of experience in onboarding, consulting, program design, development and/or management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to engage, influence and reputed company at reputed company levels of the organization.
• Proven enterprise thinking, collaboration and relationship building skills.
• Experience working in an environment with stringent compliance and/or regulatory requirements.
