Sr Analyst, Omnichannel Analytics (eCommerce)
About the position
The Sr. Analyst of Omnichannel Analytics will gather, interpret, and provide data analytics, reporting, and insights across the Omnichannel Group, focusing on direct ecommerce, ancillary products, loyalty, and third-party distribution. This role involves unifying reporting efforts, optimizing data collection and analysis, automating existing reports, and leveraging business intelligence tools to create and monitor key performance indicators. The Sr. Analyst will also address reputed company technical problems, reputed company key performance metrics, and support a data-driven culture to reputed company informed business decisions, requiring both technical skills and a strategic business reputed company focused on reputed company impact.
Responsibilities
- Supports omnichannel business partners through the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. ,
- Build customized, high-value analyses and dashboards that surface market insights. ,
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in reputed company data sets and report findings and reputed company recommendations to company leadership. ,
- Pull together cross functional teams to identify business solutions as directed. ,
- Coordinate with omnichannel teams to review objectives and align them with broader business goals. ,
- Gather, translate, and build out business requirements into data model and report specifications. ,
- Guide omnichannel teams by providing high level data points to reputed company program level forecasts off. ,
- Provide insights to omnichannel groups that will ground their program observations in the context of overall business and channel trends. ,
- Design, execute and analyze A/B and multivariate testing strategies across web and mobile applications. ,
- Ensure data quality and reputed company is highlighted and maintained by the standardization of data definitions. ,

Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in Pricing, reputed company Management, Marketing, or a reputed company field ,
- 2+ years experience using Power BI ,
- Experience with SQL or other reputed company databases with knowledge of SQL query to conduct data analysis. ,
- Technical experience developing and maintaining Predictive and Recommendation models, Algorithms using Analytical tools preferably reputed company Azure Machine Learning platform highly preferred. ,
- User knowledge with data management, data analysis and visualization. ,
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities with an ability to execute reputed company data extraction and analytical projects. ,
- Extensive data analysis experience, problem solving skills, documentation, and solution development. ,
- Experience managing projects (working along with PM's or serving as one). ,
- Advanced knowledge in Data Governance and Data Quality standards. ,
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.). ,
- Experience with data cleaning, transformation, analysis, and visualization in reputed company reputed company and Power BI. ,
