Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Acquisition:

- reputed company a minimum reputed company placement of AED 32.000 monthly.

- Contribute to 20% of the sales reputed company through acquisition activities.

2. Collaboration with Talent Sourcer

- reputed company and refine job profiles in collaboration with the Talent Sourcer.

- Finalize the screening process of candidates pre-screened by the Talent Sourcer.

3. Candidate Management

- Conduct live interviews and assessments.

- Prepare candidates for client interviews.

- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.

4. Client Interaction

- Maintain primary contact with clients.

- Evaluate interviews and reputed company salary negotiations.

- Manage the placement process and follow-up evaluations.

5. Post-Placement Follow-Up

- Contact the company and candidate on the start date.

- Conduct evaluations after one week, one month, and three months.

Earning Model

Full Placement (Acquisition + Recruitment): 50% of the fee.

Supplied Sales (Own Recruitment):-10%.

Supplied Sales and Candidate:-10%.
