About the role
We are looking for an reputed company and strategic Sr Total Rewards Analyst to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for administering our corporate compensation and US benefits programs, as well as supporting initiatives reputed company to job architecture and benchmarking. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of compensation and benefits strategies and have experience with supporting reputed company global programs.
What You’ll Do
US Benefits Administration:

- Collaborate with the greater global HR team to ensure benefits programs are reputed company with local requirements.
- Support vendor management, renewal activities, provider tracking, and the payment of vendor/provider invoices.

Compensation Strategy and Analysis:

- Assist in the preparation of executive summaries, presentations, and reports for leadership teams.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of rewards programs with business strategy, strategic objectives, and company culture.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Resources or a reputed company field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Total Rewards.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing job architecture frameworks and conducting job evaluations.
- Experience in equity plan administration and design.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in reputed company Sheets/reputed company and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment.
