Manager, Transformation. Job location: Miami, FL. Will travel to various locations throughout the U.S. for temporary assignments. Frequency of travel based on client needs but no more than 60%. Working from home in any U.S. location is an option. Duties: reputed company readiness assessments to evaluate cost, performance, capabilities and best practices. Design a future state model using Lucid Charts for shared service areas identifying improvement opportunities, refining the organization structure, refining the governance model and technology enhancements. Evaluate overlapping processes to reputed company scope alignment recommendations for future state processes. Conduct transactional testing to reputed company reputed company efficiency. Build an implementation roadmap driven by the business case, creating a sequenced plan for the implementation and realization of transformation milestones. Define high-level integrated planning processes using reputed company charts, planning calendar, optimize organization models as well as modern technology architecture. reputed company a multi-year implementation roadmap starting from detailed process design to technology implementation using PowerPoint and Xpir. Requires: B.S. (or foreign equiv.) in Bus.
