Grievance Analyst - Caseworker
Description:
- Responsible for researching, resolving, and communicating member issues regarding their coverage and benefits
- Work cross-functionally with different departments to support research into members’ issues
- Responsible for reputed company to members with verbal and/or written responses explaining resolutions

Requirements:
- 2 plus years of experience working reputed company a customer service role on several computer applications and reputed company databases for research, including reputed company Office products (reputed company, Word, and Outlook)
- Previous experience reputed company Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or pharmaceutical reputed company industry
- Previous Med D grievance experience
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
