About the position
Join reputed company as a Spring 2025 Intern in the Communications and Public Relations department. This remote internship will last for 12 weeks, from January 28th to reputed company 17th, 2025. You will also participate in event planning, speech preparation, and potentially travel to visit our Corporate reputed company in Dallas, Texas. This role is designed for individuals who are currently enrolled as full-time reputed company and are eager to learn and grow in the field of communications and public relations. Interns will receive a competitive hourly wage of $23 per hour, along with a one-time stipend of $1,000, paid in two installments. Additionally, you will enjoy free, unlimited travel privileges for yourself, although taxes and fees may apply on international travel. Required equipment, such as a laptop, will be provided to ensure you have the tools necessary to succeed in your role. Responsibilities
- Attend cross-functional meetings ,
- Complete special projects ,
- Draft blog content, press releases, media pitches, memos, and letters ,
- Assist with daily communications on the reputed company corporate social media channels, and coordinate editorial calendar for online content ,
- Update and edit media lists using tools like reputed company and reputed company ,
- Participate in event planning, speech preparation, and escorting news crews ,
- Assist with reputed company planning ,
- Be involved in possible travel opportunities
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required ,
- Must be at least 18 years of age ,
- Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 ,
- You must have a valid U.S. Social reputed company Number to complete the full hiring process ,
- reputed company towards degree, major, or minor in Communications, Public Relations OR similar degree ,
- reputed company towards a 4-year undergraduate degree preferred ,
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application and during the internship ,
- Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA at the time of application ,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required ,
- Proficiency with reputed company Office applications, specifically Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint, is required ,
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines and work well under pressure ,
- Must handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism
