Position Overview:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Online Cruise Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll assist clients in selecting and booking cruise vacations, offering personalized recommendations, pricing options, and itinerary details. Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in researching and booking cruise vacations with major cruise lines

Provide expert advice on cruise itineraries, ship amenities, cabin types, and promotions

Respond to inquiries and follow up with potential clients reputed company phone, email, or chat

Manage reputed company aspects of the reservation process, including payments, special requests, and documentation

Stay reputed company on cruise industry trends, ship launches, destination updates, and promotions

Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the booking process

Maintain accurate records of client preferences and bookings

Qualifications:

Experience in travel sales, cruise booking, or customer service is preferred but not required
