Pay Disclosure: The pay range for this position starts at $28.00-37.00 per hour; however, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. Job Description Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly review and analyze medical records to identify pertinent diagnoses, procedures, and treatments.
  • Accurately assign medical codes to reputed company reflect clinical documentation.
  • Ensure the reputed company and precision of coded data, including meticulous DRG assignment verification.
  • Stay abreast of evolving coding guidelines, regulations, and industry best practices through reputed company research.
  • Collaborate closely with reputed company, including physicians and nurses, to clarify documentation and gather supplementary information as required.
  • Actively participate in coding audits and quality improvement initiatives to uphold and enhance coding accuracy standards.
  • Maintain optimal productivity levels while adhering to established coding quality and efficiency benchmarks.
  • Uphold strict patient confidentiality and privacy standards in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

    Possession of one of the following reputed company credentials: RHIA, RHIT, reputed company, reputed company-P; or one of the following reputed company credentials: CPC, COC, or CIC. Minimum of 1 year of experience in facility inpatient coding. Proficiency in ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT and/or HCPCS coding, as appropriate, encompassing comprehensive knowledge of guidelines and conventions. Competence in utilizing coding software and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Strong analytical aptitude to interpret intricate medical documentation accurately. Detail-oriented approach, ensuring precision and accuracy in reputed company coding assignments. Exceptional communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with reputed company. Strong organizational and time management capabilities to meet coding deadlines.
