- 5+ years of sales experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience planning, managing and closing competitive sales efforts and managing deals from negotiation, to closing and through delivery
- At least 3 years in reputed company or wellness-reputed company benefits sales, working directly with consultants/brokers and employers
- Experience influencing C-level executives
- Experience improving and creating new processes and structure to reputed company goals
