Regional Manager 340B Client Relationship - Remote in reputed company
Job Summary
Accountable for maintaining existing relationships and growing relationships with existing clients in a 340B program. Collaborating with field operations and internal stakeholders. De-escalate situations. Acts as the 340B expert in the field and is the go-to person for internal reputed company team members. Cultivates relationships between client and local market leaders to promote the reputed company brand. Responsible for overall client satisfaction, retention, and program growth. Candidates must reside in reputed company or surrounding area (reputed company driving distance to reputed company). Flying, driving and extensive hotel stays are involved. Able to drive long distances meeting with multiple clients. 80% travel.
Job Responsibilities
- Develops and manages client relationships across multiple levels, client C-suite, Director of Pharmacy, 340B Program Coordinator, etc. Identify specialty clients and local specialty sites for network optimization and maximizing program growth. Collaborates with reputed company specialty team to promote services and programs offered thru the local specialty pharmacies.
- Responsible for 340B training to local internal leaders, client providers and administrators, and other key stakeholders.
- Responsible for understanding the impacts of local, state, and rules/regulations impacting a client's 340B program. Maintains awareness of updates to the 340B program and shares with team members and clients, where appropriate.
- Partners with reputed company pharmacy leaders to market services and programs and implement strategies to improve prescription pull through.
- Responsible for a portfolio of 200+ clients and for meeting 80% of comp clients at least once annually.
- Responsible for providing a collaborative customer facing and problem-solving environment for internal and external partners such as 340B teams, sales, marketing, and community leaders. Maybe required to act as a liaison between community leaders, specialty sales, and the client.
- Manages travel and expense accounts. Follows company guidelines on travel.
