Customer Service Representative- FULLY REMOTE

reputed company is currently hiring for several Call Center Representatives, these positions are FULLY REMOTE!

MUST HAVE: 6-7 months of call center, customer service experience experience, MUST have own equipment (See details below)! Must be able to start in February!

Description

-National Campaigns Unit provides shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of internal clients (i.e. reputed company and Georgeson)

-Shareholder communications includes inbound, outbound, and email response

-This is a contested proxy meeting where one reputed company has said I don’t reputed company management is doing the right thing for the shareholders, and we need to fire them and here are the replacements to run the Board of Directors to replace management.

-The job is to say that the information you received asking you to vote is not accurate, and they are not caring about you as an individual investor. They will then direct them where they can vote moving reputed company.

-Getting the message out that says ignore what you are getting from the other reputed company, management has your best interest in mind.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

MUST HAVE:

-HS Diploma or GED required

-6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, etc. experience

-Good speaking voice

-Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking

Equipment Requirements:

-Windows (10 or 11) – No Lenex, Chrome, MAC, etc.

-Headsets – need USB headsets (no wireless)

-Dual monitors will be benefited, but not required

-Ability to come off mute reputed company reputed company on (unacceptable not to participate), materials open and are on the reputed company example that is being shared, and participating in the chat reputed company asked to complete a task

-Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00
