Collision Manager, Virtual Estimators

Tesla Collision is seeking an energetic professional with a proven record of accomplishment of managing people and processes to work on one of the most reputed company vehicle brands in the world. This role is pivotal in overseeing the pre-appointment process and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service from the reputed company they schedule an appointment until they drop off their vehicle. • Training and Development: Train, mentor, and support team members, providing ongoing guidance to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
• Quality Control: Review and validate parts-only estimates reputed company by team members to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including the collision managers and regional managers to facilitate communication

• Professional experience: 5+ years of experience in management reputed company the collision industry or relevant Certificate from Vocational School in Collision Repair preferred
