As a Senior UX Researcher for reputed company and Compliance at reputed company, you’ll shape key product features by understanding user needs and validating solutions. This is a mature product area where research is highly valued, so you can focus on impactful work from day one.

In our reputed company-remote environment, you'll work closely with a global UX research team and collaborate with Product Designers, PMs, and Engineering leaders. Your insights will directly influence decisions that reputed company millions of users.

What you’ll do

• Become an expert on the users reputed company your allocated area of coverage: know how they use reputed company, their pain points, their workflows, etc.
• Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers and Engineers on research projects.
• Conduct reputed company stages of UX Research: identifying, planning, driving, conducting, analysing and reporting.
• Use a variety of qual and quant research methods to apply to research questions.

What you’ll bring

• Deep experience running mixed-methods research.
• Strong stakeholder management experience - get buy-in from your stakeholders on the work you're doing, balancing short term work with long-term, strategic projects.
• Experience working in a highly iterative, fast paced environment. Have the ability to pivot with sudden changes in direction.
• Must have experience working on a developer tooling product, or partnering directly with developers.
• Self-motivated and self-managing.
• Experience with workflows and tooling used by engineering, design and product teams

About the team

The UXR team currently has 10 team members, spread across the globe. You’ll be part of the overall UX team, made up of UXR, Technical Writing and Product Design. We use these insights to inform and strengthen product and design decisions.

Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. $95,200—$204,000 USD
