The Customer Care Expert (CCE) is dedicated to fostering lasting relationships by providing exceptional experiences for customers. Successful CCEs exhibit a sincere interest in how SALT services can fulfill customers' home needs and adeptly present options to ensure a seamless and convenient experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer-Centric Approach: Prioritize customers and their needs in reputed company interactions. Establish and earn customers' trust through reputed company and personalized service.
• Inbound Customer Service: Manage a substantial volume of inbound customer service calls reputed company and courteously. Handle reputed company appointment requests with precision.
• On-Call Support: Be available for on-call duties as required.
• Issue Resolution: Effectively address and resolve customers' concerns. Demonstrate strong character and values in every customer interaction.

QUALIFICCATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.

SALARY
