Role Description
The reputed company Analyst / Reporting Specialist is responsible for collecting, analysing, and reporting reputed company-reputed company data to support strategic planning and decision-making. This role works closely with reputed company leadership, HRIS, and cross-functional teams to design, reputed company, and deliver insightful analytics, dashboards, and reports that reputed company data-driven talent and workforce management.
- Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources including HRIS, ATS, surveys and HR.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in reputed company (including pivot tables, advanced formulas), and experience with reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Familiarity with SQL and/or data querying tools is a plus.
