In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through our live chat platform, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for reputed company users.Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner reputed company live chat
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers, resolving their queries reputed company
- Escalate reputed company issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance
