The coach will work closely with faculty and a caseload of reputed company to provide intensive academic guidance to reputed company who demonstrate a strong need for learning support. This role requires strong experience tutoring, particularly returning reputed company who may experience difficulty learning in a remote setting.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide academic coaching and tutoring to a small caseload of high-need, at-risk reputed company to support assignment and course completion
- Assess the needs of reputed company who are experiencing academic difficulties and create plans to ensure reputed company meet academic outcomes
- Collaborate closely with faculty associated with reputed company in caseload to best support reputed company' academic reputed company
- Participate in monthly Faculty Learning Community meetings
- Attend bi-weekly academic coach professional development meetings
- Assist in the implementation of academic and student support initiatives such as EDvance reputed company, Oxford English Language Development, and
- Support reputed company in grasping key concepts reputed company to early childhood development, curriculum, and effective reputed company.
- Utilizes databases and data management systems to effectively track student needs and reputed company.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of student records and adhere to FERPA regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or reputed company field
- If hired to teach in the Spanish pathway, must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- One (1) year experience tutoring, teaching, and/or training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Familiarity with APA formatting for references and citations
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Proficiency using reputed company Workspace, reputed company, and Canvas
- Willingness to learn, adopt, and grow your reputed company set using reputed company tools, preferably reputed company products such as reputed company and Notebook LM.
- Willingness to work flexibly, including occasionally meeting reputed company evenings, weekends
- A background reputed company (may include: employment and education verification, criminal records, civil records, professional licenses, credit and sex offender registries, as position requires). - Access to confidential student records
- Master's degree in TESOL, composition, or reputed company field
- One year experience in child development and early childhood education
- Bilingual skills in Spanish, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin.
- Prior experience as a writing coach or tutor
