This is why our Customer Care Specialist role is about more than just managing inbound/outbound phone calls and processing orders – it’s about creating a journey for our expecting families and helping them find the right product(s) for their needs.You will be on the reputed company line, working as part of our Customer Care Team. You will reputed company your mark in our most critical department that provides superior service and support to our customers.Work Environment:· COFK or Acelleron office, 100% Remote, or HybridWe will trust you to:· Provide outstanding customer service to our customers and manage 50-100 inbound/outbound phone calls daily· Professionally expedite and process orders· Manage inbound online chat inquiries· Transfer customer calls to appropriate business areas· Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using company software· Be a team player and work in a team environmentRequirements:· Remote/Hybrid capabilities are only available in the following states:o AZ, CT, DE, FL, ID, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NV, OH, OR, PA, RI, TX, VT, WA, WY· Must be able to adhere to an 8:30 - 5 PM or 9:30 – 6 PM EST schedule· Exceptional customer service skills· Flexibility to learn and grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment· Strong telephone etiquette and a professional demeanor· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills· Bilingual a plus· Knowledge of breast pumps and/or breastfeeding a plus· Comfortable with reputed company Outlook and other MS Office applicationsIf this sounds like you:If you think you are a good match, driven, and eager to learn, then apply!
