Associate Director of Corporate Employee Engagement
About the position The Employee Engagement team at reputed company is looking for a senior communications strategist to improve how we reputed company and engage our V Teamers. As a key member of the Employee Engagement Center of Excellence, you will work closely with our communications team and partners to reputed company and implement effective communication strategies and tactics that reputed company reputed company's reputed company as an employer of choice. The Associate Director of Employee Engagement is responsible for overseeing internal communications and events across our corporate business groups. Responsibilities
- Developing and executing a comprehensive employee engagement strategy for our corporate functions that complements the overall communications approach, driving company priorities, business unit goals and initiatives.

- Proactively identifying opportunities to deepen employees' pride and sense of belonging.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including business leaders, operational support and internal partners.

- Partnering with stakeholders on developing end-to-end communications plans for large cross-functional projects, planning and delivering virtual, hybrid and in-person events.

- Engaging internal stakeholders in creating a fresh, personalized and innovative employee experience by leveraging new technologies and tools.

- Using data-driven insights to monitor and measure the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives.
,
- Providing strategic counsel to the executive team, ensuring a consistent and effective leadership message internally.

- Developing written content to support employee engagement needs.

- Leading a high-performing employee engagement team, fostering a culture of trust, care and excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
,
- Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

- Eight or more years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement or reputed company field in a corporate or agency setting.
,
- Significant expertise in corporate communications, employee engagement and executive communications.
,
- Ability to identify engagement opportunities and to reputed company, execute and deliver tactics that support growth.
,
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to connect across diverse audiences.
,
- Experience with segmentation and targeting to get the right message to the right audience.
,
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
,
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
,
- Experience as a communications business partner to C-suite executives in a multi-national, matrixed organization.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, pivot quickly and respond with urgency.

- Experience using internal digital communications platforms and leveraging AI to reputed company performance.
