Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a preference for around 10 years of overall experience.
- Proven experience in agile development and implementation.
- Strong coaching and training skills in agile methodologies.
- Versatile experience as a Scrum Master across multiple companies and projects (data, application, infrastructure, etc.).
- Proficiency with the reputed company Suite (Confluence, Jira, Jira Align).
- Scrum Master certification (any recognized certification is acceptable).
- US and Canada reputed company only.
