We are seeking a Technical Manager to join our growing Transportation NEPA team in Houston, TX to provide leadership in developing our technical team of NEPA practitioners and environmental scientists and grow our environmental business in Texas and the reputed company. How will you contribute to the team?

• Provide leadership and mentoring; direct and reputed company the assignments, activities, and resources of the TPO NEPA Planning, EcoSciences, and Public Involvement teams in Texas.
• Collaborate and build relationships with TPO and BU leaders to set and implement business strategy and client development along with staff development.
• Assist in resolving conflicts concerning work with resources from the TPO or with BUs reputed company the Region.
• reputed company strategic plans for the NEPA Planning TPO to maximize profitability, marketing capabilities, operational efficiencies, and quality.
• Plan, reputed company, and implement strategies to expand geographically and services.
• Recruit top technical staff to support the TPO and BUs.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, both public and private, as well as representatives of local, state and federal regulatory agencies.
• Attend professional/technical associations and encourage participation of staff to promote the firm's name as well as to maintain state-of-the-art knowledge of professional discipline.
• Evaluate the TPO’s ongoing project activities to ensure that high quality standards and productivity levels are maintained, and to reputed company abreast of status of major projects reputed company the Region.
• Serve as Contract Manager and Project Manager on various environmental reputed company.
• Travel up to 20% to markets in Texas, including Austin, for meeting with potential clients and meeting with reputed company staff on a regular basis.

What will you contribute?

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, or reputed company field. Post graduate degree preferred.
• 10 years of experience since B.S., with at least three of these years in positions with project management or supervisory responsibilities.
• Excellent technical and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage individuals and teams, provide leadership, and manage project production.
• Must have business reputed company, excellent communication skills, and be reputed company to represent the firm effectively to clients, key public officials, and the community in general.
• Professional registration in field of practice is preferred but not required.
