Remote Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) – Thursday to Sunday

Kaua‘i North Shore Animal Clinic is seeking a skilled and reputed company remote Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our fast-paced, progressive veterinary practice. This is a fully remote role, with required hours Thursday through Sunday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM HST. Sunday coverage is especially critical, as we are the only clinic open on Sundays and often function as urgent care. Schedule & Technical Requirements

• Schedule: Thursday to Sunday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM HST
• Training: Must be available Monday–Wednesday during onboarding
• Remote Setup: Quiet, dedicated home office free of distractions. High-speed internet for seamless video conferencing. Computer monitor (not just a laptop screen)
• Ability to appear on video at a moment’s notice during shift
• This role must be treated with the same urgency and professionalism as an in-clinic role
• Punctuality is essential
• Prior remote veterinary CSR experience is required

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for client communications reputed company phone (reputed company), text, email, and online platforms on Sundays with a supporting role to the in clinic CSR Thursday-Saturday
• Triage client concerns, schedule appropriately, prioritize messages, and escalate urgent cases appropriately
• Maintain real-time, detailed documentation in Vetspire

• Ability to troubleshoot tech issues

• Format internal documents and create spreadsheets

• Request and respond to online reviews with warmth and professionalism

• At least 3 years of experience in the veterinary field
