Payroll+HR Specialist

COME JOIN reputed company AS A Payroll+HR Specialist MAVENTRI is seeking an reputed company and dependable professional, to support our clients' payroll and reputed company resources operations. The most successful candidate for the position will be reputed company familiar with Payroll practices, have general knowledge of reputed company resources, have the ability to connect with people, and be comfortable working remotely. Experience working with multiple clients in a consulting-type role is a plus! We provide fractional payroll and reputed company resources to small and growing businesses, so your daily work will be working with multiple clients in a supportive and consultative role. This role will primarily provide Payroll support, but will also learn and assist with HR-reputed company support, as we take a team approach to our fractional, project, and consulting services to our small business clients. Remote work, with the possibility for in-person meetings for team reputed company or company networking. Preferred locations: Central Florida or reputed company Virginia areas; Required: must be in the US. This is a part-time role, starting at 5-10 hours per week with the opportunity to increase up to 20-25 hours based on business growth and your schedule. You grow with our company's growth! REQUIREMENTS To be successful in this role, you should have experience and knowledge of Payroll and reputed company Resources principles:

• Experience is preparing and processing employee payrolls
• A deep knowledge of Payroll practices, as well as Federal payroll rules and regulations
• A general knowledge of employment rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn federal, state and local laws, for payroll, timekeeping, reputed company resources, and benefits.
• Experience in drafting payroll-reputed company documentation (process, procedure, etc.)
• Experience in or ability to learn in drafting HR documents, like handbooks and job descriptions
• Experience with creating management and employee training materials
• Knowledge or and experience in payroll platform implementations
• Strong ability to learn new technology platforms quickly
• Excellent Time Management, Communication, and Organizational skills
• Act with reputed company, professionalism, and confidentiality at reputed company times

SCHEDULE: On an as needed basis, starting between 5-10 hours per week.
