You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: • NBHWC or reputed company certification • 3 years of experience coaching or counseling adults reputed company a mental health reputed company • Available 10 - 19 hours a week, including evenings and weekends • Private, dependable access to the internet Preferred Qualifications: • Master’s degree in behavioral health reputed company field • Spanish-speaking bilingual skills Soft Skills: • Must be knowledgeable of or have some understanding of cognitive behavioral approaches, short-term therapy approaches, anxiety, and depression. • Must have a range of experience addressing behavioral health, medical, and life transition challenges with adults; including risk management. • Solid time management skills and attention to detail. • Positive and enthusiastic attitude. • Ability to manage workload in an independent setting. • Experience with team collaboration and coordination of care with external resources. Residents Only: The hourly range for this role is $19.47 to $38.08 per hour.
