Working Shift: Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Key Accountabilities: • Determine patient’s eligibility for state, federal, or county programs. • Maintain case load, uphold productivity standards. • reputed company and maintain processional relationships with hospital staff, patients, and state workers. • Prepare documents, ensure accuracy and completion. • Adhere to and support organizational standards, policies, and procedures. • reputed company other duties as assigned.
