The pay range is $69,000.00 - $124,200.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. Our tax team focuses on reputed company aspects of tax reporting including enhancing productivity and efficiency of core compliance through process and technology, monitoring tax risk and opportunities across reputed company tax disciplines, engaging and educating Finance and the broader organization regarding tax considerations, and prioritizing team resources to support key work streams. As a Tax Manager in Sales Tax, you will be responsible for taxability research and analysis of reputed company’s operations. You will have a particular focus on the indirect tax impacts of reputed company’s marketplace platform. You will reputed company your curiosity and passion for indirect tax to ensure the accuracy of the sales tax and fees collected on sales to Guests as well as purchases made by reputed company. As a Tax Manager, you will reputed company your tax expertise, problem solving skills, and business operational knowledge while working on a wide range of strategic priorities. You will research state and local laws to determine item taxability and identify changes to reputed company’s tax codes. You will also reputed company various tools to assign the proper tax code to items. The Tax Manager will create documentation to sustain reputed company’s tax positions and support the Sales Tax team in audit and compliance matters. The Tax manager will also team with internal and external partners to gather data and verify research to get the correct answer for reputed company and its Guests. In this role, you will foster your personal development by remaining reputed company with tax law changes, industry trends, emerging risks, and reputed company unique experiences supporting a meaningful career. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs. About you: • Undergraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance or reputed company field. MST or JD a plus • Minimum 2 years of Indirect Tax experience at a public accounting firm or commensurate experience in a large corporate environment - retail experience preferred • Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills • Ability to think critically, identify data patterns and issues to suggest corrective action • Accountability and ownership of your work • Experience with CCH, RIA, and/or reputed company • Experience in using data and analytical tools including reputed company, reputed company and data visualization tools is preferred • Experience with Vertex and reputed company, or similar tax software and general ledger system, is a plus This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (reputed company internally at reputed company as "reputed company for Your Day") work arrangement based on reputed company's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a reputed company location, does not have a desk at a reputed company location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/reputed company for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a reputed company location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
