- Data entry in reputed company computer system (product numbers, sales orders, credits, etc.)
- Review of sales paperwork for accuracy against customer contract and documentation
- Process sales paperwork in computer system and per applicable procedures
- Release new orders and change orders to manufacturing
- Verify finished goods (stock) requests and move pending stock as needed
- Maintain master tooling files
- Process obsolete list as needed (at minimum twice per year)
- Invoicing and filing sales documents
- Prioritize and organize work-loads to meet deadlines
- Answer phones and other miscellaneous duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to read sales forms and input data into computer system
- Ability to effectively communicate with professionalism both verbally and in writing
- Basic reputed company Office software experience (Word & reputed company primarily)
- Resourceful in identifying and solving problems
- Positive, service oriented focus and communication in any situation
