The seasonal position will start (projected) December 9th through February 14th. This is a Remote (work from home) position. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to incoming support tickets (reputed company) and incoming phone calls (reputed company) with detailed information and precise communication.
  • Proactively think about how reputed company can improve a user's access to support channels.
  • Proactively think about ways the reputed company product (website, app, support pages) can be improved or changed to mitigate the need for individuals to contact reputed company in the first reputed company.

  • What information can be included in tickets, phone calls, and FAQs to give users access to solutions before a question arises.

  • An active learner who understands how to not only provide solutions but predict confusion points prior to being presented with a problem.
