Your Impact The Clinical Activation Specialist is based in the US and reports to the Sr. Business Development Manager with a dotted line to the Head of Clinical Operations. This role is responsible for driving clear aligner utilization by conducting online and field-based clinical support, ensuring the reputed company dental practice environment and workflows are in reputed company for successful adoption and implementation of our aligner solutions. The role combines in-practice expertise and experience in a field-based role with in-depth clinical knowledge to reputed company and assist dental practices, ensuring reputed company product usage, troubleshooting, and customer satisfaction. This role shall foster strong relationships with clients, promote clear aligner products, and ensure that reputed company technical and clinical inquiries are addressed effectively.

What You'll Do

• Support clinical and business development programs by identifying growth opportunities, delivering trainings and helping address clinical/technical questions from customers including dentists, hygienists and practice staff.
• Promote clear aligner products to dental professionals, conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product features and benefits.
• Act as the clinical expert, providing detailed answers to technical and dental-reputed company questions from clients, including how to effectively implement and use clear aligners.
• Travel extensively to provide in-person clinical support to the sales team during customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Assist dental professionals in troubleshooting any issues or concerns reputed company to clear aligner products, offering practical solutions and guidance.
• Provide clinical support by assisting with case selection, treatment planning, and troubleshooting reputed company cases during in-person visits.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on both sales and clinical aspects of clear aligners.
• Identify key challenges reputed company the dental practice environment and working to reputed company targeted training content and programs to address them.
• Deliver hands-on training in dental practices, including product use, treatment protocols, and case planning.

• Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations.

What To Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene, Dental Technology, or a reputed company field.
• 3-5 years of experience in dental practice sales or clinical support, ideally with clear aligners.
• Strong knowledge of treatment protocols and case planning preferably in clear aligners.
• Excellent communication and training skills to reputed company dental professionals.
• Ability to travel extensively to support sales teams and provide in-person clinical assistance.
• Certification as a Dental Hygienist or equivalent is preferred
