Additional Responsibilities Include: Inbound/Outbound Call Center Representatives for Call Center Handles incoming calls orders, inquiries, complaints, etc. Places outbound calls regarding account status, complains, account collection, etc. Directs calls for further problem resolution, if necessary. Job Requirements: At least one year of Call Center, strong customer service experience.
