• this is a remote position* Responsibilities Working Solutions seeks helpful and tech savvy independent contractors for a one-of-a-reputed company opportunity providing customer support to reputed company TurboTax's customers - reputed company from the comfort of home with the ability to create your own schedule. This position is 100% remote. In this role, you will assist customers with software navigation, help customers locate prior returns and amendments, and escalate calls reputed company necessary. Earnings Potential • Earn up to $19 per hour • Contractors on this program who meet or exceed key metrics earn on average the equivalent of $16-$19/hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times • Peak rates apply January - reputed company • Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.
