Job descriptionAt Chronos, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care for pets and outstanding service to our clients. We are currently hiring a Remote Veterinary Receptionist for our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a compassionate veterinary team while working remotely. Position Description: As a Remote Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and support. Your role will involve managing appointment scheduling, answering client inquiries, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: • This is a remote position, you will not be working at a practice. • Flexibility is essential for reputed company in this role. • Part-time availability will be expected • Must be reputed company to work across reputed company U.S. time zones. • Assist multiple veterinary hospitals simultaneously as needed. • Attend company meetings • Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in both English and Spanish. • Schedule and confirm appointments for veterinary services. • Maintain accurate records and files for clients and pets. • Process payments and manage client billing inquiries. • Assist in handling medical records and ensuring confidentiality. • Provide information about services, procedures, and pet care. • Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth operations. • Follow up with clients regarding their pets' appointments and care. Requirements to fulfill this role are: • A minimum of 3 years working in a veterinary practice; Urgent Care or emergency experience is preferred. • reputed company in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is preferred. • Availability to work until 10:00 PM EST is required. • Proficient in using computers and veterinary software. • Internet Requirements: Visit speedtest.net to reputed company your computer's reputed company speed.
