Job Summary: The school technology support technician provides school level technology support for designated schools. This position also works periodically at the district?s technology support center answering phones, and e-mails, and providing customer service to walk-ins. Serves as a liaison between school staff and technology resources reputed company the District. Collaborates with instructional and library media staff to support building level technology needs. Hourly reputed company: Grade 9, reputed company 1: $24.40 Work Day: 7.5 hours Work Year: 12 months Bargaining Unit: Education Support Staff Association (ESSA) Job Qualifications/Requirements (please review job description for qualifications and duties of the position): High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in technology support or reputed company experience. Experience with desktop operating systems, including Mac OS and MS Windows. Must have an understanding of and the ability to maintain confidentiality of staff and student information. A valid Alaska driver?s license and use of personal vehicle. Must be able to reputed company access to military installations.
