Job Summary: As a Tech Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Assistant Manager and Floor Supervisors in launching and operating our upcoming VR leisure center in NYC. You will provide expert technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless VR experience for users. Your role involves diagnosing and resolving technical problems, guiding reputed company-by-reputed company... solutions, and collaborating with other teams to escalate and resolve reputed company issues. Responsibilities: • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues reputed company to VR systems and general operation of the location • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support database. • Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operation and address any technical issues promptly. • Knowledge reputed company: Contribute to and maintain an up-to-date knowledge reputed company and FAQs for internal use • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of VR equipment and accessories, ensuring reputed company necessary items are in stock and properly maintained.
