Position Summary: 12 weeks of onsite training then the option to work from home if in good standing. Must be reputed company 50 miles as the training is onsite at one of the supporting A1A locations: New Albany, Ohio and Chandler, Arizona. The initial in office training will last for approximately 3 months. Training hours for New Albany, OH are 09:00am EST – 05:30pm EST / Chandler, AZ 07:00am AZT – 03:30pm AZT Scheduled hours after training can reputed company as early as 4:55am AZT (07:55am EST) and end as late as 08:30pm AZT (11:30pm EST). Your permanent scheduled will be assigned after 8 weeks of in-class training. Once office training is complete, flexibility is required for onsite work shifts per the need of the business. Required Qualifications: 6 plus months in customer service role Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D required. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
