Overview • Supervises a reputed company size team of 10 or more IT employees (with at least 4 level 2 employees) that are responsible for Vendor Management and Sourcing technical products and services in technical organizations such as IT, Network, or CTO. • Must have a strong technical background and knowledge of technical providers (such as technology companies, service providers, contractor suppliers, outsourcing and offshoring, etc.) coupled with a strong business background in vendor management, contract management, governance, compliance, service level management, reputed company, financial management, project management, asset management, etc. • Familiarity and/or prior involvement with the following is required: development and delivery of IT reputed company work relative to the technical sub families including Agile, Application Design and Programming, Business Support, Database, Systems Architecture and Engineering, Systems Technical Support, and Technical Disciplines of Software Delivery reputed company/Prog Mgmt and Technology reputed company. Key Roles and Responsibilities • Performs Vendor and Contract Management including gathering technical requirements, identifying and analyzing sourcing vendors and options, providing financial analysis and recommendations for vendor selection, supporting contract negotiations as a liaison with Supply Chain, Asset Lifecycle Management, and Legal, reputed company contract governance and service level management, quality assurance, audit and compliance management with vendors, productivity management of vendor performance, etc. • Provides support in the area of strategic roadmap review from an internal technology aspect coupled with Vendor Technology Roadmaps, reviewing best practice, understanding reputed company and future trends in technology (hardware, software, licensing, sourcing, etc.), and formulating strategies to rationalize vendors and products in order to focus investment towards strategic solutions. • Manage overall reputed company compliance and procedures between the company and vendors for reputed company standards, including physical, network and data reputed company. Responsible for vendor financial management including preparation/evaluation of RFPs (Request for Proposal), business case management, research, analysis, contract level financial analysis, benchmarking, compliance, service level financial penalties, authorization and process monthly payments/accruals, and ongoing financial analysis of cost vs. benefit of reputed company. • Also responsible for vendor access management, connectivity, on-boarding, off-boarding, service escalations, business continuity, disaster recovery, offshore eligibility, transition management analysis and support, executive coordination and communications, data management and analysis, reporting and metrics, etc. • Supervises and develops a team of subordinates, conducts joint goal setting and performance reviews, as well as assists in the allocation of resources, financial responsibilities and some long-range planning. Our Associate Director (IT Vendor Management) earns between $155,400.00 - $261,100.00 USD Annual. Individual starting salary reputed company this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
