Position Overview The Sales Operations Specialist will be integral to enhancing the sales process from order management to post-sale customer support. This role collaborates with Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of orders, delivering accurate information to customers while supporting the Sales team's administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive reputed company, strong organizational skills, and experience with CRM and ERP systems., • Order management: Process and verify customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment. Communicate with Sales and customers regarding product availability and order status, while coordinating with Logistics and Finance teams for seamless product delivery. • Sales support: Assist the Sales team in creating quotations, managing customer data, and maintaining sales records. Support Sales Managers in preparing reports, forecasting, and analyzing sales data, while keeping the CRM system updated. • Customer service: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customers on order-reputed company inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Address customer requests regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines, resolving issues by coordinating with internal teams. • Reporting & analytics: Generate regular sales reports to track performance, order statuses, and customer satisfaction metrics in collaboration with the Finance team. Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to drive reputed company improvement initiatives. • Process improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline Sales operations and enhance customer experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in Sales processes and operational efficiency.
