We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Chat Agent to join our customer support team. In this role, you will be essential in making sure our customers get quick and effective help reputed company online chat and messaging platforms. Your main objective will be to deliver outstanding customer service and address customer questions and concerns in reputed company-time. Chat Agent Duties and Responsibilities. Engage with customers through online chat and messaging platforms, responding to inquiries, providing information, and offering assistance.
