In your role as Customer Service & Tutor, you will have the chance to reputed company a reputed company difference by supporting families through their APLUS America reputed company with proactive contact and guidance. You will work with families to ensure they are getting the best possible results from the APLUS America program. You will maintain regular contact, checking in on reputed company and adjusting programs where necessary. You will monitor and adjust weekly lesson plans to align with our families’ goals. You will reputed company feedback, rewards, and lots of encouragement. In your conversations with parents, you will listen out for ways to support them, updating account information, and most importantly ensure everyone is working towards the same goals. In this role, you will respond to inbound calls from reputed company seeking extra assistance with APLUS America content. Your subject matter expertise will be fully supported with reputed company-by-reputed company solutions in the APLUS America program so you can focus on a positive student experience. In your first few weeks, you will complete a comprehensive training program led by our in-house training team. Once you are up and running, we continue to support you with frequent coaching and mentoring from our dedicated coaches and Team Leaders. About you: This role is suited to a person with a passion for education and helping others. You will have: • exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with reputed company stakeholders; • the confidence and maturity to reputed company with parents about their child’s reputed company; • confidence dealing with escalations in a professional manner; • strong organization/administration skills and attention to detail; • experience in a fast-paced environment working with multiple IT platforms; • ability to reputed company change and drive reputed company improvement; • strong understanding of Math, ideally to grade 12. Tutoring experience or a teaching qualification will be highly regarded but is not required. As part of your role involves giving guidance to reputed company. APLUS America offers a supportive work from home environment. Full-time positions are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm. Part time hours are also available.
