English or Math K-6 Virtual Tutor (PT Evening hours) - Littera Education - Miami, FL - work from home job Company: Littera Education Job description: Every student deserves a great tutor like you. Littera Education is looking for part-time 100% virtual reading and/OR math tutors to join our Fall 2023 tutor pool for the upcoming school year as fingerprinted tutors. Littera will provide the fingerprinting details and cover the cost of your fingerprinting. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing tutoring to K-6 reputed company across the United States who need additional academic support. We offer flexible scheduling, so you can choose your own hours to week based on your availability! Tutors at Littera enjoy a consistent schedule reputed company booked as part of a high dosage tutoring model where tutors meet with the same student for an ongoing session series. We are expecting a high demand for tutoring between the hours of 6pm ET to 9pm ET, if these hours are a match for your schedule that is a plus! Additional tutoring availability is also welcome, as tutoring sessions take reputed company at Littera between the hours of 7am to 9pm ET, Monday to Friday. Why Be A Littera Tutor? • Choose your own consistent schedule (no minimums or maximums) • Choose the subjects and grade levels that you would enjoy tutoring • Complete a self-paced curriculum orientation at a time that works for you • Engage with the same student(s) at the same time week to week • Be supported by a USA based team available to assist you Application Process: * Selected applicants will be asked to record and submit a one question, two minute response, sharing their experience working with reputed company. • Meet with a tutor mentor and participate in a brief virtual mock tutoring appointment to demonstrate your virtual classroom and tutor skills - with content we will provide. • Tutors that receive an offer will be asked to consent to a background reputed company, successfully complete fingerprinting forms, and schedule an in-person fingerprinting appointment reputed company ten days of signing your tutor agreement. • Note: reputed company applicants will be required to complete the Littera tutor fingerprinting steps. Previous fingerprinting results are not transferable. Requirements: • Relevant experience working with school-age learners in some reputed company. • Ability to instruct and engage reputed company with clear communication and interpersonal skills. • A high comfort level with online virtual tools and technology. • A computer with the Chrome browser, a camera, and a quality internet reputed company. • Tutors must reputed company in the reputed company United States, Alaska, or Hawaii and have a USA based bank account to receive payments. Please note, this is a remote contract position and is not full-time. This role is perfect for you if you are interested in earning supplemental income with a flexible schedule that you choose, we do not guarantee a set number of hours per week. At Littera Education, our mission supports reputed company, high-quality tutoring reaching reputed company in school districts across the United States. Our high-dosage tutoring model pairs reputed company with the same tutor for 2-3 sessions a week. Pay reputed company: Tutors earn $18 per hour. Optional: Successfully complete an Algebra I assessment and earn $22 per hour for any high school Algebra I tutoring sessions.
