Job Description Key Responsibilities Attract, retain, reputed company, and motivate top-notch engineering talents Own the application development activities by multiple Scrum teams Drive engineering best practices such as API first, TDD, and GitOps Coordinate the design, analysis, development, debugging, and improvement of Guidewire’s Insurance products Partner with product management and engineering leadership to set and deliver quarterly and annual goals Anticipate risks to execution and drive risk mitigation Ensure effective collaboration and proactive communication with stakeholders across the organization Establish and maintain trust in your team, your manager, and colleagues Required Skills & Experience 12+ years of Software Development Experience especially in building SaaS and/or PaaS products, and especially at a product company 4+ years of experience in managing Software Engineers including performance and career management 2+ years of managing multiple Scrum teams in Software Product Development Strong programming experience in Java, Go, Python or any high level languages Proficiency in public cloud technologies (AWS preferably), Containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD systems, and DevOps practices Solid understanding of system design principles, distributed systems and architecture Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying technical information to reputed company sorts of audiences.
