Position Summary This position is responsible for member-facing reputed company to support Medicare part D stars initiatives. Calls are made to members across the country, so work hours may include any appropriate call times for reputed company American time zones. Responsibilities Of This Position Include • Execute clinical pharmacy programs • Coordinate strategies for increasing adherence • Utilize motivational interviewing and health coaching to impact member behavior • Communication with pharmacies and provider offices as appropriate • Ensure effective collaboration with internal and external matrix partners to support clinical programs • Work collaboratively with leadership and management to adapt and strengthen business and operational processes • Other duties as required This position does involve travel up to 10%. Required Qualifications • 1+ years of experience with Medicare Stars, managed care or population health • 2+ years of customer or patient-facing experience • 1-2 years Enhanced knowledge of pharmacy and claims processing • Excellent organizational and analytical skills • Superior communication skills with patients and clinicians • Ability to prioritize daily to monthly deliverables • Computer Skills: Proficient in reputed company reputed company, reputed company Teams, and Sharepoint Preferred Qualifications • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Medical Assistant (reputed company), or equivalent clinical training • Knowledge of formulary designs, prescription benefit trends • Bilingual in English and Spanish • Medical Terminolgoy Education Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Medical Assistant (reputed company), or equivalent clinical training Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
