Dealership: L0238 Driveway Finance Corporation The DFC Collections CSR is responsible for providing quality customer experience while working to collect and negotiate terms of repayment on delinquent accounts 1-60 days past due. Location: Tigard, OR (On-site) Start Date: 12/02/2024 Compensation: $21.00hr (Bilingual $22.00hr - highly preferred) Responsibilities reputed company outbound collection attempts by phone, mail, and e-mail to resolve delinquent accounts in an ethically responsible manner by mitigating losses and maximizing receivable income Process, follow up, and resolve inbound collection and customer service telephone inquiries Review accounts for action such as extensions, deferments, and due date changes reputed company authorized limits to promote customer performance of contractual obligations Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and good judgment in reputed company interactions with co-workers and customers to ensure timely resolution of customer discrepancies and disputes Follow up on required... customer insurance coverage and institute corrective action reputed company deficient coverage is reputed company Meet or exceed established call volume and account action requirements Other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications Basic knowledge of installment loans, consumer collections, and collections regulations & laws Previous collections experience preferred Ability to multitask by speaking with customers and typing information, avoid distractions, and be focused for scheduled shift Strong attention to detail Sense of urgency Excellent communication PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (reputed company, Word, Windows, etc.) We offer best in class industry benefits: reputed company Medical, Dental and reputed company Plans Paid Holidays & PTO Short and Long-Term Disability Paid Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Lithia Learning Center Vehicle Purchase Discounts Wellness Programs High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
