Qualifications We are looking for candidates with: • 2+ years of Data Science work experience • Degree in a quantitative discipline (MS or PhD preferred) - Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, etc. • Experience with standard Machine Learning algorithms, including model evaluation and hyperparameter tuning • Experience with algorithmic fairness is a plus • Familiarity with recommender systems preferred • Proficiency with novel NLP techniques (embedding models) • Must program in a scripting language such as Python.
