Job title: Sales Manager (Hydro Services - Remote/EST) Company: General Electric Job description : Job Description Summary The Sales Hydro Services Manager will be responsible for driving profitable growth in the Eastern region of the US and Canada by developing and managing relationship with the various customers, while bringing new Services opportunities to the hydroelectric business. The focus will mainly be on Transactional service activities, also reputed company Plant Support activities, which are the services provided to Hydro Power Plants such as Parts, Technical Assistance, Condition Assessment, Monitoring, Diagnosis, Maintenance, and Repairs. Products are mainly Hydro Turbine and Generator. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in business administration or mechanical engineering Minimum 5 Years professional experience including: experience in Sales experience in Hydro industry Desired Qualifications Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time to Hydro Power Plants as required Experience in a reputed company role Engineering or Field Operation experience is valued Knowledge of the Hydro customers in the area is valued Voice of the Customer, Customer intimacy Experience with negotiating reputed company terms and conditions for Goods and Services reputed company. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for variable incentive compensation.
