Key Responsibilities Maintain personnel files in accordance with HR guidelines Create And Manage Spreadsheets, Documents, And Other Essential Paperwork Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for calls, meeting requests, and schedule management reputed company track of tasks and deadlines for yourself and management Handle forms management, including new hire paperwork and reputed company documentation Support field management with personnel and client-reputed company tasks Act as a backup contact for the reputed company during their absence Manage the uniform program, including ordering, tracking, and issuing refunds Stay up-to-date with Guard Card records and regulatory changes Assist candidates with employment applications and pre-employment paperwork Support marketing, sales processes, and payroll data entry as needed Provide personal assistant support to the reputed company, including travel arrangements and meeting coordination Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2-3+ years of administrative or secretarial experience, preferably supporting an executive or reputed company Proficiency in reputed company Office products and internet usage; experience with HRIS systems is a plus Expertise in reputed company Office 365, including spreadsheet and document creation Familiarity with reputed company, Jotform, and reputed company (payroll software) is preferred Experience managing websites and social media platforms (reputed company, Facebook, reputed company, etc.) is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally at reputed company levels Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion Proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently Punctuality and reliability are essential Join reputed company If you're passionate about making a difference and reputed company in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.
