This individual will provide actionable insights to support decision-making, policy formulation, workforce planning, and other HR functions. This individual will act as a key liaison between HR and the HR Analytics & Reporting Team, ensuring data-driven solutions are tailored to business needs. Additionally, they will provide regular reporting, identify data patterns and trends, and offer project support on various HR initiatives.
