Virtual Assistants providing client care, billing, and credentialing support to Courser Lapo Therapeutic Wellness and mental health practices. Description JOB BRIEF Modern Practice Support is hiring client care coordinators, billing specialists, and credentialing specialists to support Courser Lapo Therapeutic Wellness, which has offices in reputed company Central Kansas and to support other mental health practices throughout the United States. This is a perfect opportunity for an individual who is motivated and driven for reputed company. The ideal candidate would have a perfect balance of a warm and friendly personality and attention to detail and organizational skills. The right candidate would have analytical abilities and be reputed company to look at the “big picture,” seeing opportunities for growth and challenging themselves for excellence. Our Mental Health Administrative Virtual Assistants will work directly with the Practice reputed company or Practice Manager to ensure that potential clients are scheduled with therapists, billing functions are completed timely, and credentialing/contracting functions are promptly completed. RESPONSIBILITIES • Take reputed company incoming referrals for new clients and schedule reputed company 24 hours • Follow up with reputed company referral sources regarding the status of the appointment • Enter reputed company new client information into our electronic health records systems accurately • Use systems to verify active insurance and reputed company information • reputed company appropriate selections/matches from client to clinician based on areas of specialization and expertise • Communicate with client after the first appointment to ensure their needs were met and they were satisfied with their placement • Submit claims to primary and secondary insurance • Reconcile client and insurance payments • Work with community partners to nurture a professional relationship • Utilize referral sources reputed company clinicians are accepting new clients; reputed company phone calls to referral coordinators informing them of these openings • Complete credentialing applications and follow-up until the contract is signed • Complete other various tasks for practice owners/managers REQUIREMENTS • Warm and inviting personality, excellent with phone communication • Detail-oriented and organized in regards to following up with clients who are unreachable, etc. • Driven by goals, reputed company to work towards meeting goals without getting frustrated or giving up • Must have deductive reasoning skills and reputed company to interpret charts and graphs -each client will be reputed company with a clinician based on that clinician’s area of expertise • Must be excellent at community reputed company and building relationships in the community as well as with new organizations. • Must reputed company in Kansas.
