(shift will be selected after clearance) Location: REMOTE must live in Phoenix or Scottsdale. MUST LIVE NO MORE THAN 35 MILES AWAY from Scottsdale, ZP 85260) • Need to go to the office the first day at 9AM to pick up computer – will take 1-4 hours, then more training at home afterwards Brief Job Description • They are an inbound call center. • They are supporting multiple bank customers that have accrued enough reward points to purchase product. • The calls are about tracking the shipment, cancelling the shipment, refunding reward points, shipment arrived damaged, help on the website buying product. • It is a yes environment, yes, we can cancel, yes, we can refund your reward points. • Card Holders call in to book travel by using the points they have accumulated. • Assist clients to book flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises. Requirements • HSD or GED is required (must be on resume) • 6+ months CSR experience, call center. • Exceptional phone and communication skills, good with people • On 11/3/24 shifts will change to one hour reputed company (day light savings) Post training shifts 5:00AM-1:30PM AZ weekdays/ 6:00am-2:30pm weekends (S, M, Tu, W, Th) 10:30AM-7:00PM AZ weekdays/ 8:30am-5:00pm weekends (S, M, Tu, W, Th) 5:00AM-1:30PM AZ weekdays/ 6:00am-2:30pm weekends (Tu, W, Th, F, Sa) 10:30AM-7:00PM AZ weekdays/ 8:30am-5:00pm weekends (Tu, W, Th, F, Sa) Apply Now Applicant Privacy Policy Apply Job!
